In each member country a local coordination and consultation platform of social street workers (street educators), concerned about their needs, their projects and their specificities, is being constituted. It is within these local workshops that a coordinator is elected. The network is guided by the pilot group consisting of all the coordinators. The pilot group meets once or twice a year.
